Job summary

The Vitrolife Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our R&D Medical Devices team in Denmark, based at our Aarhus office. You will provide end-to-end project leadership from concept through development, verification/validation, and design transfer to launch readiness.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Software and Hardware Engineering, Product Management, QA/RA, Market Access, and Manufacturing to deliver safe, compliant medical devices on time.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management and leadership.
• Experience with complex, cross-functional product development in regulated industries.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from concept to launch.
• Define and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between user needs, requirements, and regulatory needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, QA/RA, and manufacturing.
• Drive development, verification, validation, and design transfer to readiness.
