WS Audiology Group in Denmark seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead design and development of mechanical parts for hearing aids. You will contribute from concept to market launch within cross-functional and global teams, driving manufacturing readiness and qualification.

Requirements include a university degree in mechanical engineering, 8–10 years of experience in mechanical design, strong CAD skills (Creo), and excellent English communication.

Competenze

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• CAD modelling skills, preferably PTC Creo.
• Experience with plastic, rubber, or metal part design.
• Experience in cross-functional/international environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Drive product development projects to design and develop mechanical parts, modules, and systems for hearing aids and related products.
• Lead early investigations including concepting, simulation, material studies, and user trials.
• Lead design for manufacturing activities and part verification with R&D and reliability teams.
• Create and review product data, item structures, and project documentation in PLM per quality guidelines.
• Develop tasks in specialized areas like simulation or process qualification.
• Engage in supplier communication and component development.
