Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies Denmark is seeking a strategic, people-centered leader to shape policy and guide execution in a newly established Drug Product area. You will oversee equipment across wash & sterilization, formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging, while leading engineers in assembly and packaging.

The role emphasizes learning equipment, improving performance, and building structures to support development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience or Master’s with 4+ years, preferably in life sciences or engineering.
• 6+ years of experience managing, leading, and developing people.
• Experience in biotech/pharma is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in fast-paced, changing, and project-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve structures that simplify daily operations with operations managers and staff.
• Develop, modify, and execute company policies affecting immediate operations.
• Own and manage a departmental budget with broad implications.
• Select methods and evaluation criteria to achieve results and ensure operational excellence.
• Make timely decisions influencing short-term outcomes for teams and programs.
• Engage regularly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor teams on moderately complex issues and drive new methods.
