Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing, leading, and developing people.

Job description

We’re seeking a strategic, people-centered leader who can shape policy, guide execution, and drive results in a newly established Drug Product area covering equipment of Wash & Sterilization, Formulation, Filling, Manuel Inspection and Automatic Inspection. You will also head up the responsibility of Engineers covering Assembly and Packaging. Main focuses are in Drug Product, where we need to learn our equipment and improve its performance by systematic problem solving and develop missing structure to support required development. • Establish and improve structures that simplify daily operations, working closely with Operations managers, technicians, Process support, and Process science.
• Develop, modify, and execute company policies affecting immediate operations with potential company-wide impact.
• Own and manage a departmental budget with broad, business-segment implications.
• Select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results and ensure operational excellence.
• Make timely decisions that influence short-term (under 1 year) outcomes for teams, programs, and groups.
• Engage regularly with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; to get or share better practice and build strong relationships.
• Guide and mentor teams on moderately complex issues; drive the development of new methods to solve most critical challenges.

Your department is anchored in both Drug Product and Finish Goods department with many key stakeholders like CQV, Process Science, QA, Operation, Operation support, Tech Transfer, etc.. We are in expansion phase as we get closer to commercial drug product manufacturing operations.
