FLBD FUJIFILM Life Sciences Biotechnologies Denmark ApS seeks an Associate Director of Technology Transfer to lead a senior TT team at Hillerød. You will own strategy, planning and execution of tech transfer projects into large-scale manufacturing, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

You will drive governance, optimize the TT portfolio, and partner with manufacturing, QA/regulatory, MSAT, and customers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biochemical/Chemical Engineering or a relevant scientific field (PhD is an advantage).
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with CMC process development or GMP manufacturing including tech transfer.
• 7+ years of people leadership of senior technical leaders and cross-functional programs.
• Proven success in technology transfer leadership, PPQ strategy and CPV/CPPV execution.
• Deep knowledge of biologics manufacturing and GMP; protein culture/purification is a plus.
• Strong program/portfolio management with stage-gate governance and risk/change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop TT Leads and workstream leads ensuring clarity, delivery discipline and psychological safety.
• Maintain TT portfolio with capacity planning, resource allocation and prioritization.
• Drive governance with stage gates, risk escalation and milestone tracking.
• Align TT with Manufacturing, MSAT/Process Development, QA/Regulatory, Supply Chain, QC and customers.
• Oversee integrated project plans and support CMC activities including regulatory inputs.
