Job summary

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in Denmark seeks an Associate Director, Technology Transfer, to lead a senior TT team at the Hillerød site. You will own strategy, planning and execution of tech transfer projects from clients or internal sites into our large-scale manufacturing facilities.

You will shape TT governance, build safe, high-trust teams, and partner with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure robust, compliant, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree is favorable but not required.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with TT or PPQ exposure.
• Experience leading senior technical leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop TT Leads and workstream leads; ensure clarity, delivery discipline, and psychological safety.
• Maintain TT portfolio overview with capacity planning and prioritization.
• Drive governance: stage gates, risk escalation, milestone tracking and timely comms.
• Align with Manufacturing, MSAT, QA/Regulatory, Supply Chain, QC and customers.
• Oversee integrated project plans and support CMC activities including regulatory filings.
