Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead and develop the team; coach and train the employees.
• Ensure production output and product release with continuous improvement.
• Secure quality and compliance; assist LEAN production development.
• Set objectives to realize productivity and cost optimizations.
• Participate in the management group and coordinate resources and tasks.
