Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Kalundborg is seeking a Manager in API Fermentation and Recovery to lead a team of ~15 operators across a three-shift setup. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost while fostering continuous improvement and accountability on the shop floor.

You will report to the Production Director and collaborate with five fellow Managers and broader production teams to increase volumes and elevate performance. A strong people development mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in production, process, or manufacturing environments.
Hands-on LEAN experience and driving continuous improvement.
GMP knowledge and ability to integrate compliance into daily operations.
Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
Fluency in Danish and English for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop your team with clear goals and development plans.
Drive daily production performance and ensure excellence across quality, delivery, cost, environment, and safety.
Advance LEAN by identifying improvement opportunities and engaging the team in continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure GMP, EHS, and quality standards compliance in all activities.
Collaborate with fellow Managers, the Production Director, and colleagues across production and operations support.
Contribute to the department’s development as production volumes increase.
Be a visible role model for safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
