Job summary

Danish Crown A/S in Randers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the Backbone Logistics Digitalization journey across eight Business Units. You will translate strategy into actionable programs, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful rollout and adoption with clear governance.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement and Finance, manage risks, dependencies and milestones, and demonstrate value through KPI tracking and benefit realization.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of logistics digitalization initiatives across multiple tracks and BUs.
• Plan and execute projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Logistics, IT, Procurement, Finance and BUs.
• Establish and run project governance, including SteerCo meetings and decision processes.
• Drive structured change management and rollout with Business Process Specialists.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and business anchoring across the organisation.
• Manage risks, dependencies and progress to secure successful delivery.
• Track milestones, KPIs and benefit realization.
