Job summary

You will collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and external stakeholders, shaping future technologies and upholding regulatory compliance while advancing data-driven test methodologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, Energy Engineering or related field.
• Several years of HVAC&R testing or laboratory engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing of chillers and heat pumps (performance, reliability, durability, functionality).
• Support prototype development, product validation, certification, and technology verification.
• Develop instrumentation and data acquisition solutions.
• Mentor laboratory engineers, technicians, and operators.
• Promote LEAN principles and continuous improvement in the lab.
