You will mentor technicians and collaborate with R&D, product engineering and external partners to advance performance and safety. Qualifikationen

• Experience with HVAC&R testing and lab engineering.
• Experience with natural refrigerants (ammonia and A3).
• Strong thermodynamics and refrigeration cycles knowledge.
• Instrumentation, data acquisition, automation experience.
• Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution and development of laboratory testing.
• Lead performance, reliability, durability and functional testing.
• Support prototype development, product validation and certification.
• Conduct testing with natural refrigerants (ammonia, A3).
• Develop lab capabilities, measurement systems and test methods.
• Specify and commission new instrumentation and data acquisition.
• Mentor laboratory engineers, technicians and operators.
• Support customer witness testing and strategic projects.
• Promote LEAN and continuous improvement in the lab.
• Own laboratory safety processes and safety culture.
• Perform risk assessments for refrigeration systems and safety.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering and external stakeholders.
