Qualifications

• Requires Refrigeration Technician or Engineer with D certification to handle unlimited refrigerant charges.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and building strong customer relationships.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential; solid IT skills and MS Office.
• Valid driver''s license (Category B) is required; willingness to travel up to 160 days per year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise troubleshooting of refrigeration systems and heat pumps including control systems.
• Monitor and repair refrigeration and heating units to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee commissioning and start-up of plants at customer sites.
• Act as site supervisor for plant upgrades and retrofits.
• Support and advise customers on operation and efficiency of installations.
• Provide remote technical support to customers, service technicians and colleagues.
• Prepare high-quality service reports and maintain thorough documentation.
