Job summary

Cari in Kalundborg, Denmark, seeks a Senior IT Validation Professional to help move a new production facility from project into operation and embed IT validation and compliance into daily operations.

You will work across IT, production and project stakeholders to challenge, clarify and embed the right level of compliance as the organisation matures. This onsite role focuses on transition, validation, audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• It is required to hold an academic degree in IT, engineering, quality or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT compliance, IT validation or quality.
• Hands-on understanding of validation activities and translating compliance into daily IT operations.
• Experience driving improvements or compliance initiatives across stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge approaches and assess documentation, processes and controls for fitness for purpose.
• Strong English communication and ability to create clarity across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and anchor a consistent approach to IT validation and compliance across the factory IT organisation.
• Support the transition of validation and compliance activities from project to stable operations.
• Assess readiness of documentation, processes and handovers for operations acceptance.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable tasks for local IT and system managers.
• Drive and anchor compliance initiatives including audits, deviations and procedures.
• Support validation planning and compliance assessments when change is introduced to systems and production solutions.
• Identify gaps, unclear ownership or inefficient practices and help establish better ways of working.
• Collaborate with system managers and infrastructure to maintain required compliance levels.
