Job summary

H1 in Copenhagen is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the roadmap for a clinical data platform used by Novo Nordisk. You will work client-embedded with NN stakeholders and report to H1's product leadership in a build role.

Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers; translate complex workflows into clear requirements; establish metrics and drive adoption; contribute to H1's growth in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years at Associate Director or Director level

Responsibilities

• Own StudyHub product roadmap and strategy for a clinical data platform
• Partner with client stakeholders in clinical ops, data science, and digital leadership
• Lead discovery and delivery with engineers, data analysts, UI/UX designers, and AI scientists
• Translate complex clinical data workflows into clear, prioritized requirements for engineering
• Establish product metrics, track adoption, and drive improvements based on usage data
• Represent product to senior stakeholders at H1 and Novo Nordisk; communicate tradeoffs clearly
• Contribute to H1's broader product strategy and Copenhagen presence
• Support hiring and onboarding of additional product team members as engagement scales
