Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Gentofte, Denmark, is seeking an IT Solution Manager to drive IT optimization and continuous improvement across QC and ASAT laboratories. You will lead the implementation and support of laboratory IT systems, with broad ownership over how technologies are deployed across sites.

The role emphasizes regulatory adherence, data integrity and collaboration with diverse teams. English is required, and Danish learning is encouraged as you contribute to delivering high-quality medicines

Qualifications

Master's degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience from pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated industry.
Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to learn Danish.
3–5 years of experience with validation, IT compliance, data integrity, and computerized systems.

Responsibilities

Managing laboratory IT systems through operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting computerized laboratory equipment.
Leading IT validation and qualification activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Ensuring IT security, data integrity, and compliance with applicable standards.
Writing and reviewing compliance documentation.
Driving and supporting the rollout of new technologies in the laboratories.
