Nordea is seeking (Senior) IT Analysts to enable our people to deliver on the customer vision and to shape one of the largest Open Banking platforms in the Nordic market. You will join the Requirement and Analysis team in Embedded Banking Service Domain and help drive requirement engineering for Payments and Fin Transactions Technology.

Formación

• Strong technical and business background with analytical and requirement specification skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to collaborate internationally.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; familiar with API development and data mapping.
• Solid architecture understanding and ability to translate strategies into technical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document strategies and align with target visions.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with architects, developers, testers, and legal teams.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout end-to-end development and testing.
