Job summary

emagine Polska seeks a Senior/Expert IT Analyst to join the Nordic Wrappers initiative, developing scalable solutions for Nordic savings and investment products. You will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, translating business needs into implementation-ready features.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers and testers to bridge business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and traceability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as IT Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience in banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of savings and investment products and taxation.
• Strong requirements engineering and feature decomposition.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT analysis of business needs and translate them into development-ready features.
• Gather and analyse complex business, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Break down business needs into clear features, including business rules, data requirements, integrations, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
• Drive feature analysis and refinement with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support the decomposition of features into user stories and testable acceptance criteria with the delivery team.
• Analyse data flows, integrations and APIs, ensuring alignment between business rules, data and system behaviour.
• Identify gaps, assumptions and dependencies early and drive them towards resolution.
• Ensure requirements remain clear and traceable throughout development, testing and deployment.
• Support developers and testers by providing timely clarification of requirements and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile, geographically distributed teams.
