Job summary

Ikano Bank is seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Manager to ensure stability and resilience of IT services. The role focuses on coordinating high-priority incidents, communicating across technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders, and driving post-incident reviews to capture root causes and lessons learned.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in IT Operations with hands-on incident ownership, including multi-vendor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT Operations with incident ownership/management.
• Experience in multi-vendor environments with outsourced/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing high-priority IT incidents in complex environments.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams including technical staff and stakeholders.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for trends and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and resolution of high-priority incidents (P1/P2).
• Facilitate communication among technical teams, service managers, suppliers, and business stakeholders during incidents.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and document root cause and lessons learned.
