Job summary

Systematic, headquartered in Denmark and with a strong Aarhus presence, seeks a Senior Manager, Services for its NSI unit. You will own day-to-day operations and commercial performance of service contracts behind mission-critical software for major infrastructure customers, ensuring 24/7 stability while leading a skilled team.

You will build trusted relationships with large customers, drive SLA and incident follow-up, and shape the service catalogue with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or supporting software solutions and services.
• Experience managing large, complex customer relationships and contracts.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Build close, trusted relationships with large customers through regular status and steering meetings.
• Drive SLA and incident follow-up in close cooperation with our internal operations team.
• Lead and develop a team of technical specialists.
• Shape and grow the NSI service business together with sales, product management and product development.
• Own P&L for individual service contracts, including budgets and forecasts.
