Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of extensive experience in IAM engineering and architecture.
• Strong expertise in IGA platforms such as Sailpoint or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and related identity services.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.
• Experience working with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and design end-to-end IAM architectures across various environments.
• Define architecture principles, standards, and best practices within IAM.
• Lead and support implementations within IGA and PAM.
• Facilitate customer dialogue and architectural decision-making.
• Mentor and coach IAM engineers and contribute to presales activities.
