Job summary

TDC NET A/S seeks a Senior GRC Specialist to drive human-risk management, ISMS activities, audits, and governance across their critical infrastructure. This role emphasizes identifying how human factors influence security risks and implementing effective controls.

You will partner with leaders, risk owners, and operational teams to embed security behaviours, develop metrics, and enable risk-based decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Security, Security Governance, or Security Risk Management.
• Experience in Human Risk Management, Security Behavior, or Security Awareness.
• GRC, Audit, Compliance, or Regulatory Assurance.
• ISMS and ISO 27001-based environments.
• Working in critical infrastructure or other highly regulated sectors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter lead for human-related security risks and ensure risks are identified, assessed, treated, and monitored.
• Develop risk-based communications, guidance, and interventions to strengthen control effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, and reporting to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
