Job summary

TDC NET is seeking a Senior GRC Specialist to strengthen how human actions and behaviour influence security risk across our national infrastructure. You will drive the Human Risk agenda within the GRC team, shaping governance, risk management, and ISMS activities to reduce vulnerabilities and improve security resilience.

You will partner with leaders and operational teams to translate behavioural insights into measurable risk reduction and better decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Communicates complex topics in a clear and pragmatic manner.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter lead for human-related security risks within the Security Risk Management framework.
• Develop and coordinate risk-based communications, awareness activities, guidance, and interventions.
• Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, and reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
