Job summary

TDC NET is seeking a Senior GRC Specialist to strengthen how human actions influence security risk, governance, and compliance. You will drive the Human Risk agenda, identify vulnerabilities, and monitor controls across the ISMS framework.

You will collaborate with risk owners and executives to turn behavioural insights into measurable risk reduction and improved resilience for Denmark’s critical infrastructure provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Security, Security Governance, or Security Risk Management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate security concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with ISMS frameworks and ISO 27001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-risk related security risks within the Security Risk Management framework.
• Develop risk-based communications, awareness activities, and guidance.
• Embed human-risk considerations into governance, risk management and compliance processes.
