Royal Unibrew is seeking a seasoned Logistics Procurement Category Manager to lead the group strategy for road, ocean freight, warehousing, and related services. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across the Nordic region and international supply chains.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in logistics procurement, and strong data analytics and ERP tool knowledge, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required; CIPS qualification or equivalent will be considered.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement experience in logistics categories in an international or matrixed organisation.
• Strong data analytics and ERP/ procurement tool knowledge.
• Excellent communication, gravitas and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Nordics experience or exposure is a plus for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a multi-year procurement category strategy for Logistics balancing local execution with strategic priorities.
• Identify, evaluate and act on external opportunities and risks including supplier landscape, commodities, industry best practices, digitalisation and EU legislation.
• Optimise category management processes and develop best practices with market teams and stakeholders; advance eSourcing and digital tools.
• Develop supplier collaboration platforms to unlock efficiencies, drive sustainability and digital innovation.
• Deliver cost savings, drive supply chain efficiencies and measure relevant KPIs with multiyear productivity plans.
• Provide category leadership on strategic projects, integration and network optimisation; drive digitalisation agenda.
