Fiskars Group is seeking a commercially driven Merchandising Manager to lead merchandising strategies and roadmaps for Royal Copenhagen, driving top-line growth and assortment optimization across markets. This maternity-cover role requires strong analytics, SKU optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a global design-driven brand.

You will shape product roadmaps, manage lifecycle, and support pricing, partnering with Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and E-commerce

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of merchandising experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, assortment planning and pricing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies and 3-year roadmaps aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead assortment planning and optimize product mix across channels and markets.
• Own and deliver the product roadmap per the commercial calendar.
• Manage product lifecycle and SKU-level optimization.
• Analyze product performance and generate data-driven insights.
• Track sales vs forecast and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support pricing strategy globally and locally.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and E-commerce.
