Job summary

Saxo Bank A/S is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to help shape the frontend foundation behind Saxo's trading platforms. You will design and implement shared frontend frameworks and tooling to accelerate product teams across the bank.

Join a cross-functional Platform Framework team, mentor colleagues, and contribute to design systems, accessibility, and scalable frontend architecture in a large codebase with ~150 developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend software development experience (Node.js a plus).
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience building reusable component libraries, design systems, or tooling.
• A platform engineering mindset: scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop shared frontend frameworks, reusable components, and developer tooling.
• Contribute to design system, libraries, architecture, and standards.
• Improve platform stability, accessibility, testing, CI/CD, and release quality.
• Reduce friction by improving tooling and documenting standards.
• Mentor developers through reviews and knowledge sharing.
