Job summary

Performativ is hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer to co-own the front-end experience for its trading and analytics platform. You will architect and implement production UIs, shaping the shared component library and multi-tenant theming.

The role requires deep React and TypeScript expertise and independence in shipping production software from Copenhagen. You will collaborate with backend, product, and design to deliver complex financial workflows with high performance and strong UX.

Qualifications

• Built production React/TypeScript apps with scalable front-end codebases.
• Deep understanding of modern React architecture (Server Components, Next.js App Router).
• Experience shipping production code with AI coding agents and knowing their limits.
• Improve front-end performance via bundle size, hydration, rendering, and runtime behavior.
• Experience managing server and client state with a state library and TanStack Query.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance trading, analytics, and portfolio management interfaces.
• Co-own front-end architecture across Next.js 15, React Server Components, TypeScript.
• Define server/client boundaries, hydration strategies, and state patterns for scalability.
• Scale the shared component library and multi-tenant theming across the platform.
• Improve runtime performance, bundle size, and responsiveness.
• Ship production features quickly while maintaining code quality and architecture.
• Use AI coding agents to boost throughput while preserving control over decisions.
• Strengthen front-end testing and delivery with Vitest, Jest, Testing Library, Playwright, and CI/CD.
• Co-own implementation decisions from product outcome through production deployment.
