Job summary

Performativ is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to co-own the front-end experience for our trading and analytics platform. You will own architecture and production outcomes, collaborating with backend, product, and design to deliver high-performance interfaces for wealth managers and financial institutions.

You will work with Next.js 15, React Server Components, and a shared component library, focusing on performance, theming, and scalable UI across multi-tenant deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven production web app experience with React and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of Next.js App Router and React Server Components.
• Experience shipping production features with AI coding agents.
• Strong testing discipline with Vitest/Jest and Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance trading and analytics UIs for wealth managers.
• Co-own front-end architecture across Next.js, React Server Components, TS, and shared infra.
• Define boundaries, hydration strategies, and state patterns for scalable UX.
• Scale the shared component library and multi-tenant theming.
• Improve runtime performance, bundle size, and responsiveness.
• Ship production features quickly with sound architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and design to deliver workflows from requirements to production.
• Strengthen front-end testing and CI/CD pipelines.
