The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to act as the Finance Business Partner for the Nordic business unit, driving top-line and bottom-line performance and delivering financial insight to senior leaders.
You will lead core financial processes, strengthen governance, and influence strategic decisions across Western Europe, collaborating with cross-functional partners to balance trade-offs in a dynamic environment.
Just imagine helping shape the investment decisions that drive business performance across the Nordic market. Then make it real.
As our Senior Finance Manager, you'll act as the Finance Business Partner for the Nordic business unit, supporting the organisation in maximising top-line and bottom-line performance. You'll be a key member of the Nordic Leadership Team, bringing financial insight to business decisions, leading core financial processes, and strengthening financial governance. You'll help deliver both short- and long-term business results while influencing senior leaders across Western Europe.
If you've worked in a role where you led annual target setting, in‑year estimates and month‑end or year‑end close activities, you'll feel at home here. If you've used data to influence trade‑off decisions with senior leaders and improved governance or investment decisions, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make an impact. What matters most is your ability to move from analysis to insight and build trusted relationships that help the business perform at its best.
You'll join the Markets & Channels Finance Business Partnering team within the CFO Organisation. Together, the team supports markets and channels in delivering the LEGO® Group’s long‑term vision and business results. The Western Europe team is diverse, collaborative and connected across locations, working closely toward shared goals. In this role, you'll act as a finance co‑pilot to the Nordic leadership team, particularly Sales and Marketing leaders. Success comes through clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, taking ownership, working comfortably through ambiguity, and being willing to stay close to the detail when needed.
You’ll help the business navigate complex investment trade‑offs while championing investment effectiveness and productivity. You’ll strengthen governance and internal‑control practices without losing focus on commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with the Nordic Leadership Team, Finance Business Partner colleagues and partners across the wider CFO Organisation.
