Then make it real. **About the role**As our Senior Manager, Finance Operations Europe, you'll lead the centralisation of media finance operations across Europe, overseeing the full finance lifecycle from purchase order creation through to invoice reconciliation. The team enables the LEGO Group's in-house digital media organisation through operational excellence across finance, process and technology. You'll help shape future capabilities, influence transformation initiatives and support productivity improvements across the business. We work in a hybrid rhythm, collaborating closely across global, regional and market teams with a strong focus on capability building, process standardisation and continuous improvement. **What success looks like**Success means mastering the existing processes and platforms, tackling the challenge of centralising finance operations, introducing new systems and ways of working, and strengthening governance across a growing media investment landscape. Over the next 12–18 months you'll support the continued rollout and optimisation of the LEGO Group’s bespoke marketing investment management platform, further centralisation of finance operations capabilities and ongoing select transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with regional activation teams, local marketeers, finance partners, media operations colleagues, external agencies, media platforms and two Finance Operations Specialists.
