Fastned is expanding its Danish network from Copenhagen and across Europe, aiming to secure prime charging sites through strategic partnerships. The Senior Expansion Manager will lead negotiations, shape the expansion plan, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless site development from deal to live station.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in expansion or real estate.
• At least 3 years in a relevant commercial role.
• Experience negotiating with landowners, developers or authorities.
• Strong contract knowledge (commercial, planning, legal).
• Native Danish and fluent English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Denmark and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Secure prime locations through partnerships with landowners and authorities.
• Negotiate and acquire sites with commercial parties.
• Develop a robust network development plan and expansion strategy.
• Collaborate with design, planning, construction, legal and operations teams.
