LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, seeks a Senior Equipment Engineer to develop fully automated processing equipment for decorating, pre-assembling and coating LEGO bricks. You will work with robotics, vision, feeding and transport systems, taking concepts through detailed design and implementation.

The role emphasizes collaboration across project teams and suppliers to create scalable manufacturing capabilities, with a hybrid work model and relocation not offered.

Competenze

• Experience in fully automated, high-speed manufacturing equipment from concept to implementation.
• CAD design with Siemens NX and document management with Teamcenter or similar.
• Ability to contribute to technical decisions, planning and problem solving.
• Experience with testing, validation and systematic problem solving.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork across functions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
