Job summary

SII Group Switzerland is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead end-to-end technical architecture for a major infrastructure transformation in Denmark and Norway. The role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes/OpenShift, IAM/IDM, and security architecture with a track record of successful migrations and complex integrations.

The position involves stakeholder collaboration at senior levels, architecture design, and transition roadmaps.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure.
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift, including modernization strategies.
Strong IAM/IDM, security architecture and complex integrations.
Proven ability to lead infrastructure carve-outs, data center migrations, or outsourcing transitions.

Responsibilities

Define and lead end-to-end technical architecture for complex infrastructure transformation in Denmark and Norway.
Manage infrastructure carve-out activities and migrations from OpenShift to Kubernetes.
Design target and transition architectures across infrastructure, applications, networking, security, and operations.
Lead technical assessments, migration feasibility studies, and dependency mapping across platforms.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, security specialists, suppliers, and executives to ensure delivery.
