Qualifications

• Bachelor or master degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of embedded software design experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ with embedded targets.
• Knowledge of ARM, MIPS, Linux, eCos and VxWorks.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Understand functionality and specs of Microchip Ethernet switch products.
• Develop embedded software for Ethernet switches.
• Create user/configuration documentation and guides.
• Assist customers with system-level design issues.
• Collaborate with marketing on trends and demos.
