Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor in Denmark to support the Site Manager, lead electrical trade teams on site, and ensure delivery to schedule, quality and budget while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a senior trades qualification with 5+ years of site experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial, or data center sectors. You will coordinate with CM and manage IFC scope, variations, documentation and RAMS/ITP compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior trades qualification is required.
• 5+ years of site experience in pharmaceutical/industrial or data centre sectors.
• Ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
• Strong client focus and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical trades on site to deliver to quality, schedule and budget.
• Manage IFC scope understanding and variations; coordinate with CM.
• Perform weekly quality audits and maintain ITP and RAMS compliance.
• Ensure safe working practices, RAMS adherence, and housekeeping.
• Attend weekly project meetings and communicate progress to CM/PM.
