Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering seeks an experienced Senior EHS Advisor to guide Environment, Health and Safety across projects. You will implement and maintain the Kirby management system, coordinating EHS requirements through project teams and reporting to management.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS, NFQ 8/6 qualifications, and strong knowledge of RAMS, audits and incident investigations. A dynamic, safety‑driven environment offers progression and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar industry.
• Diploma to NFQ 8 in Occupational Health & Safety and NFQ 6 in Environmental Management.
• Internal ISO14000 and ISO45000 system auditor experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EHS matters with project teams and managers.
• Develop, review and update RAMS and site safety plans.
• Inspect sites, conduct internal audits, and drive continuous EHS improvement.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
