Job summary

Zealand Pharma seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital initiatives across our organization. You will translate business needs into digital projects, balancing structured delivery with agile methods in a hybrid setup, and ensuring delivery in GxP-regulated and non-GxP environments.

You will join Business Partnership & Delivery within Digital, Data & Technology, coordinating with stakeholders, suppliers and users to maintain a consolidated project portfolio and drive change

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex digital solutions across the value chain.
• Experience delivering and managing digital initiatives in the life science industry.
• Certification in project management and agile methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan and run workshops and processes, and to translate between Zealand business needs and technical or supplier perspectives.
• Business, Bachelor or Master degree within IT and proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and digital initiatives across Zealand Pharma.
• Translate business needs into digital projects; run a hybrid delivery model with structured and agile methods.
• Design and facilitate solutions with Line of Business.
• Co-develop project timelines, milestones and delivery approach with business and suppliers.
• Track actions, decisions and risks; consolidate DD&T project portfolio view.
• Secure delivery of validated, tested and compliant systems; facilitate change management and keep stakeholders informed.
