Zealand Pharma is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex digital projects across the organization. The role sits in Business Partnership & Delivery within DD&T and translates business needs into digital initiatives, balancing structured delivery and agile methods, including data & AI.

You will collaborate with Line of Business, System Owners, and suppliers to ensure validated, compliant systems, manage timelines, risks, and change management, and support Zealand's Metabolic Frontier

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience managing complex digital solutions across the value chain.
• Experience delivering and managing digital initiatives in the life science industry.
• Certification in project management and agile methodologies is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan and run workshops and processes, and to translate between Zealand business needs and technical or supplier perspectives.
• Business, Bachelor or Master degree within IT and proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your new position

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects and digital initiatives across Zealand Pharma. The role is anchored in Business Partnership & Delivery and works as a strategic counterpart to the business where you will translate business needs into digital projects. You will run a hybrid delivery model, using structured project delivery for large builds and agile ways of working for continuous development and data & AI initiatives. Your work will support Zealand's Metabolic Frontier 2030 ambition.

As a person you are a credible digital leader who builds trust with the business and with suppliers alike. It comes naturally to see and execute on Zealand Business needs and making sure our supplier understand Zealand needs. As a facilitator you bring people together, create clarity and drive progress. You are comfortable switching between structured and agile approaches.
