Job Description

How do you create a trusted view of customer behaviour across a global digital ecosystem? And how do you make behavioural data accessible, privacy-compliant and AI-ready?

As Senior Data Product Manager for the Ecosystem Analytics Platform in our Digital Consumer Engagement team, you\'ll shape how the LEGO Group creates a trusted view of customer behaviour across its digital ecosystem. By building a unified, privacy-compliant and AI-ready analytics foundation, you\'ll enable thousands of users across the business to access trusted behavioural insights and make confident, data-driven decisions!

This role is based in Billund, Denmark, or at our Copenhagen Digital Hub.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision and strategy for behavioural analytics across the LEGO Group\'s digital ecosystem, ensuring our approach to data collection, event tracking and insight generation supports both current and future business needs.
  • Lead the continued migration from legacy analytics solutions to a unified behavioural tracking platform, balancing technical delivery, stakeholder engagement and business continuity while enabling the successful retirement of legacy tooling.
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to establish AI-ready data models, metadata standards and metric definitions that support scalable analytics capabilities and future AI-powered experiences.
  • Shape and evolve self-service analytics capabilities that enable colleagues across the organisation to access trusted behavioural insights quickly and easily, reducing reliance on specialist support and accelerating decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, analytics and governance partners to ensure tracking is implemented consistently, responsibly and in compliance with privacy, consent and data governance requirements.
  • Drive product discovery and continuous improvement by working closely with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders to understand user needs, validate opportunities and iterate on platform capabilities.
  • Define and track product outcomes and OKRs, creating transparency around adoption, migration progress, data quality and business value while ensuring priorities remain aligned with broader portfolio objectives.
Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding

The Ecosystem Analytics Platform team sits within the Ecosystem Engagement product area, which provides the trusted digital foundations that power experiences across the LEGO Group\'s digital ecosystem.

Our mission is to make behavioural analytics reliable, understandable and accessible, enabling teams throughout the organisation to create better digital experiences through trusted data and actionable insights.

You\'ll work closely with data engineers, analytics specialists and delivery partners, while collaborating with teams across Shopper, Marketing and Digital Consumer Engagement.

This is an exciting time to join the team. We are transitioning to a unified behavioural tracking platform, building AI-consumable data capabilities and expanding self-service analytics experiences. You\'ll help scale these foundations and drive their adoption across the enterprise.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We\'re looking for a product leader who combines strong analytics expertise with a passion for creating platforms that enable others to succeed.

  • Significant experience owning analytics platforms, data products, tracking infrastructure or related capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural data, event taxonomies, analytics tooling and data pipelines, with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams.
  • Experience leading complex platform migrations or modernisation initiatives while maintaining stakeholder confidence and preserving data quality.
  • Proven ability to work across technical and business audiences, building alignment and influencing decisions through collaboration and clear communication.
  • A strong user-centric mindset with experience delivering self-service products, platforms or experiences for internal users and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data governance, consent management and privacy regulations such as GDPR and COPPA, and an understanding of how these requirements shape data collection and usage.
  • Experience defining measurable outcomes, setting OKRs and using data to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
  • Curiosity about the future of analytics, AI and emerging technologies, and enthusiasm for helping shape how these capabilities can create value for the business.
  • Ideally experience with behavioral analytical tools like: Google Analytics, Snowplow, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude or similar.
