Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or equivalent depth, with 5+ years delivering production data systems.
• Strong intuition for performance, scalability, and cost trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Data modelling with rigorous entity and relational modelling.
• Build resilient batch and streaming pipelines with scalable architectures.
• Design high-performance APIs with provenance and freshness.
• Apply time series analysis, ML concepts, and data quality checks.
• Evaluate external data providers for coverage, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate data into customer value.
• Advance agentic tooling and ensure data contracts are clear.
