Job summary

Fluor Corp is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager on a contract basis to support a large data centre project in Denmark. The role focuses on leading procurement strategy, cost management, and supplier engagement to align with project budgets.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing tenders, supplier relationships, and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery and value for money within the project framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent plus 8 years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong experience supporting data centre projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local and federal guidelines and statutes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies to support project delivery.
• Lead supplier and subcontractor sourcing, pre-qualification, tendering, evaluation and appointment processes.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure capacity and continuity of supply.
• Analyse quotations, tender returns and commercial proposals for value-for-money and budget alignment.
• Monitor procurement commitments, expenditure and forecast costs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as shortages and lead times.
