Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Business & Market Analyst to turn customer data into strategic insights across global markets. You will develop Customer360 analytics, dashboards, and data governance to support the Partner Excellence Program and NextGen 3.0 in Water Utility.

You will collaborate with regional sales, Digital, and Data Management teams to drive commercial performance, customer segmentation, and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Statistics or related field plus experience in business analytics, BI, commercial excellence or customer intelligence.
• Strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and data modelling.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating business questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Customer360 datasets, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models.
• Generate insights on customer segmentation, account potential, and commercial performance.
• Support the global rollout and continuous improvement of the Partner Excellence Program.
• Build and operate the Global Customer Intelligence Hub.
• Drive customer master data governance, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare KPI reports, management dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support AI-enabled customer intelligence and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional sales, Commercial Excellence, Digital, and Data Management teams.
