Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead end-to-end digital projects across social, in-app, DOOH, and OOH for global markets. You’ll own timelines, run cross-functional collaboration with B2B, Communication, New Verticals, and Wolt+ teams, and oversee localization and QA through production.

This six-month fixed-term contract starts ASAP, offering a hybrid, flexible work environment with Copenhagen as a key location and opportunities to scale creative operations globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative production or integrated campaign management.
• Experience with media plans across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across time zones.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of digital projects and multi-channel campaigns (social, in-app, DOOH, OOH).
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and team allocations while maintaining creative quality.
• Align marketing teams, designers, and agencies on milestones and deliverables with regular updates.
• Organize daily communications and lead the production team's workflow across surfaces.
