Job summary

Framna ApS in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our global marketing team. You will shape creative direction, develop campaign concepts, and produce film and motion content for multiple channels.

You will collaborate with a Copywriter, Content Lead, designers and product teams to elevate our brand, translate ideas into clear digital work, and experiment with AI tools to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative agencies or marketing departments.
• Strong conceptual thinking and visual judgment with attention to detail.
• Experience developing B2B campaigns for technology or digital products.
• Proficiency in design, film and motion with modern creative tools.
• Ability to translate brand ideas into clear digital communication.
• Proven experience using AI tools in creative work.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines and supporting other designers.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts connecting priorities with the audience.
• Take projects from ideas to delivery, identifying needs and stakeholders.
• Design and produce content for website, social channels, newsletters, paid media, events and sales materials.
• Produce film and motion, including editing and animation.
• Work with marketing and commercial teams to develop content and materials that explain the offering and show our work.
• Elevate visual expression, templates and asset libraries, and provide creative direction to other designers.
• Present creative proposals and direct external production specialists when needed.
• Use AI to explore ideas and improve workflows.
