Senior Brand Designer

As our new Senior Brand Designer, you will join our growing team in Copenhagen. Together we will push the boundaries of digital design, innovation, and creativity.

We are looking for a creative Senior Brand Designer, inspired by innovation and creative thinking.

Signifly is an ambitious digital agency creating brands and experiences built for a digital world.

As our new Senior Brand Designer in Copenhagen, you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of designers, strategists, and consultants to create distinctive brands for clients ranging from ambitious start-ups to large enterprises.

What you’ll be working on

• Build brands that stand out. Create distinctive visual identities that help ambitious companies grow, connect with their audiences, and make an impact in the digital world.
• Turn strategy into identity. Translate business goals, positioning, and insights into strong creative concepts and tangible visual directions.
• Own the creative process. Take projects from early exploration and concept development through presentation, refinement, and final delivery.
• Present with conviction. Communicate the thinking behind your work, bring clients and teams along, and turn feedback into stronger creative outcomes. Plan, facilitate and drive brand workshops with clients and present directions, ideas, final delivery.
• Stay endlessly curious. Explore emerging AI tools, technologies, and creative workflows, and experiment with how they can expand what’s possible.
• Create together. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of designers, strategists, developers, and other specialists to turn different perspectives into great work.
• Design across worlds. Work with a diverse mix of clients and industries from ambitious start-ups to global companies, and lifestyle brands to SaaS and technology businesses.

What we expect of you

• Kick-ass portfolio. A proven track record of successful branding projects, big and small, and the portfolio to back it up.
• Digital-first thinking. Experience building identities that live and breathe across websites, products, social, campaigns, and other digital experiences.
• Multidisciplinary. Comfortable working across disciplines, navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, taking ownership, and balancing creative ambition with the realities of delivery.
• Agency or freelance experience. Experience from an agency, studio, or freelance environment where you’ve worked across different clients, industries, and creative challenges.
• Ownership. Lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Style agnostic. Comfortable moving between wildly different visual worlds and believe the idea and context should define the aesthetic. Not your personal style.
• Strategic thinker. Understand how business ambitions and brand strategy translate into meaningful creative directions and design decisions.
• Motion & interaction. Experience bringing identities to life through motion, animation, or interaction is a strong plus.
• Strong fundamentals. An exceptional eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, and visual storytelling. And know when to break the rules.
