Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking a Contracting Legal Professional to support our global business. You will advise on complex technology and services transactions, manage legal and commercial risk, and partner with business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

You will review, draft, and negotiate master services agreements, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data‑related contracts, while collaborating with senior legal professionals in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree and authorization to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally within technology, consulting, or outsourcing.
• Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data‑related contracts.
• Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations.
• Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals on more complex matters.
