Job summary

Terma A/S in Lystrup, Denmark, seeks a Legal Counsel to review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while ensuring export control compliance. You will collaborate with commercial and support teams to enable Terma’s growth and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in Law, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Danish and English. The role offers hybrid work arrangements, ongoing professional development, and a focus on risk

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Law (cand.jur. or equivalent) with strong legal training.
4–6 years of experience with complex commercial contracts and legal advisory.
Experience from a law firm and/or an international tech-driven or regulated industry (defense, aerospace, energy).
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with internal commercial teams.
Identify risks and propose practical solutions ensuring legal protection.
Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Monitor export control regulations and advise accordingly.
Support ongoing development of export control compliance framework and provide internal training.
