Qualifications

• 7+ years of contract management experience with exposure to complex deals.

• Significant understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles.

• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and leadership; provide drafting support.
• Internally support pre-award deal shaping and client engagement.
