Job summary

Semco Maritime in Denmark invites an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join the Renewables division. You will oversee contract life cycle management for EPC and service contracts, ensuring compliance, commercial success and structured communications with stakeholders.

You bring a master’s degree in law or related field and 5+ years’ experience with large EPC contracts in energy. English fluency is essential, German is a plus, and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law/commercial law or related commercial discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with large scale EPC contracts in offshore energy or related industry.
• Extensive experience with contract and claims management.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; German language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct excellent contract life cycle management of EPC contracts and consortium agreements.
• Lead tender reviews, flow-down to supply chain contracts, and participate in negotiations.
• Raise awareness of contract terms within project teams and act as advisor on contract/commercial matters.
• Identify and manage commercial risks in collaboration with project teams.
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain flow-down rights and obligations.
• Ensure contract compliance and governance; manage variations and claims.
• Prepare reports to management/customers and capture lessons learned for process improvement.
