Job summary

Semco Maritime is seeking a Senior Contract Manager in the Renewables division to lead contract lifecycle management for EPC and service projects, driving commercial success and governance.

You can base yourself in Denmark (Esbjerg or Copenhagen) or Poland (Gdynia) with 10–30 travel days per year; a master's in law/commercial law and 5+ years of EPC contract experience are required; fluency in English is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law/commercial law or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale EPC contracts.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract lifecycle management for EPC and service contracts.
• Advise on contract terms, governance and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and commercial success.
